I am delighted to announce that on Friday 4th April, I will be teaching a new weekly class “Yoga For Better Bones”! These sessions will help build confidence, strength and flexibility but most importantly, you will learn in a safe and empowering environment. A diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia can be confusing and a little frightening – “Am I made of glass?” “Do I dare to carry on doing exercise and the things I love?” I do understand how you feel and that’s why I’ve designed a class that will be fun, a little challenging and help you to regain a sense of pleasure in moving.
