Improve Your Stride

Now that the fine weather is finally here, it’s a good time to head for the hills and enjoy a long walk or a run. This Saturday, there will be a morning workshop where the theme is “Improve Your Stride” – finding better hip and ankle movement so you can walk (or run) with less effort and more efficiency.
